What a treat to be on the mighty Teddington-Toddington-Teddington 10 mile course! It didn't seem like brilliant conditions before the race with the wind in the 'wrong' direction and a few rain spots.

The top story is Tom Biggs becoming the third rider ever to go under 20 minutes, following up his win in crit race the night before. He's on form!  Then we have a 46 second PB from Ben Mitchell, a 31 sec pb from Liz Spiers and  19 seconds from Louis Huygens - these are not small margins. Top riding by all.

We also had quite a few debuts. A sub 30 on a road bike from Eleanor (youth rider) is *very* good, as is the 24:15 from Theo Smith. And former organiser Gary Rickards did a 25:00. Gary had a significant birthday earlier this year and this time puts him 10th on the all-time-fastest-rides-by-a-man-60-or-over  list. You can ask him if he is pleased with that!! Belated happy 60th birthday to you Gary.

We have three events to go. Next week we are on the Bredon circuit, then we have mystery course the week after, and then the road bike team time trial on 11th August.   The league tables are crystallising now - can you still do enough to win?

Thanks to helpers this week Emma Skidmore, Julian Bullas, Laura Finucane and Don Muir.
