With your guidance we think we've had another amazing year. In response to last years survey we have:
Broadened the ride options - evening rides, womens rides, away days, made winter training rides more accessible, set up gravel rides, grown the Grand Fondo rides....
Enhanced our position in the community - increased Bikeability sessions, strengthened support to CfC, established a link to Gloucestershire Council and Police, ....
Supported rider development - helped riders bridge groups, leveraged the Evesham criterium track, run a Mountain Bike race, supported Summer Go Ride events, built the racing cohort,....
Encouraged volunteers, - trialed new Ride Leader process, set up new recognition awards, .....
Grown the club community - increased membership to over 400, added socks and caps, sourced a new clothing provider, supported another successful HONC event with more proceeds for charity, refreshed our social events
This in addition to all the published rides, the TT activities, the Road Race,.. to mention a few.
