Cycling Performance & Fitness Course at home

Cycling Performance and Fitness Level 1 Course run at home - South Gloucestershire and Stroud College. We have received the below note and share as potentially of interest to members.

South Gloucestershire and Stroud College and are running an exciting, free and accredited course (subject to eligibility check) for a Level 1 in Cycling Performance and Fitness. The course has been well attended by cycling club members in all disciplines and provides the perfect platform to develop cycling skills and knowledge in the following areas: *Anatomy and Physiology *Effects of Cycling on the Body *Nutrition for Cyclists *Working and Volunteering in the Cycling Sector *Cycling as Part of a Healthy Lifestyle *Using Data to Improve Cycling Performance *Taking Part in Coached Cycling Sessions The next course starts on Wednesday 17 November and we have spaces available. The course is run in an interactive live classroom environment from the comfort of your home/office at 6pm to conveniently fit in outside of most office hours. The course will follow the structure of 2 hours teaching from 6-8pm followed by a 45 minute practical session on the bike from 8:15-9pm.
