SGS College have an exciting Level 1 Cycling Fitness and Performance programme. The FREE 8-week online course combines theory and practical activities to help riders develop skills and techniques to improve performance on the bike.
The course is suitable for beginner, intermediate and club level riders and will take place on Wednesday evenings via Zoom, commencing on 08.03.2023. The Level 1 programme explores units such as Nutrition for Cycling, Anatomy and Physiology for Cyclists, Data for Cycling Performance, as well as taking you through an 8-stage tour on the bike (turbo trainers or static bikes required).
Paul Douglas has previously completed levels 1 and 2 and would endorse the course to interested club members.
