Incident Report

Cheltenham & County Cycling Club takes the safety of its members and of members of the public seriously. The club has a good reputation for safety but aims to continually raise safety standards and reduce the risk of harm to cyclists or others road users.

In order to help us respond to incidents and subsequently improve safety, the club needs to know about any incident at a club event that resulted in an injury or loss to either a club member or a third party.

We also want to hear about near misses, where there was a chance of significant injury or loss to either a club member or a third party.
