Instructions to obtain our club members Free ‘In Case of Emergency’ (ICE) ID Card and Tag from OnelifeID.

Dear C&CCC Members

You should be aware from my circular on the 26.06.19, that the club had purchased an initial 100  ‘In Case of Emergency’ (ICE) Cards and Tags as a free item to current club members. These are available from OnelifeID. The club encourages all club members to carry ICE information, and therefore, we have offered this initial quantity to monitor take up and use.

You first need a code to obtain your free ID card, so please contact me (Membership Secretary) via the C&CCC contacts page and I will contact you and issue your unique code.
For assistance, I have attached a step by step guide to complete an order, with key steps illustrated in green.
