Mountainbike Orienteering

Round 5 of the BMBO 2015 series is taking place locally at Longdon on 31 May.

For those not familiar with these events they are a really enjoyable challenge that you can make as competitive or leisurely as you like. They favour a balance between fitness and navigational skills as you get a map with lots of control points scattered about and have to visit as many as you can in the 3 hour time limit choosing your own order and routes between.
